Structural features:

1.The rotor form is diversified, which can meet the requirements of different rubber mixing processes, and can be selected according to needs
2.The rotor, mixing chamber, discharge door, ram, etc. can be cooled by water circulation, with a large cooling area; and can be equipped with a water temperature control system, which can effectively ensure the stable quality of various rubber materials.
3. The surface of the rotor, the inner wall of the mixing chamber, the working surface of the discharge door, the ram and other working surfaces that are in contact with the rubber material are all welded with wear-resistant hard alloy or hard chrome plating to improve wear resistance.
4. The rotor end sealing device adopts hydraulic sealing, which is reliable
5. The top bolt adopts drop discharge, the discharge door is driven by rack gear and hydraulic cylinder, which is stable and reliable, and the opening and closing time is short; it adopts toggle lock, driven by hydraulic cylinder, with strong locking force and self-locking. Good locking and sealing
6. The transmission system is diversified, with the advantages of stable transmission, low noise, long life, etc., its structure and speed can be selected according to the user’s rubber mixing process
7. The control system adopts PLC, with manual automatic function, convenient operation, strong anti-interference, and safe and reliable signal detection and feedback function, which can effectively control the quality of the rubber compound and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Its control mode is divided into time,  temperature, time and both, etc. In addition, it can be designed according to customer requirements.
