Batch-off cooling

Application:

This machine is suitable for film cooling, lamination, and film collection after mixing and plasticizing in an internal mixer or tableting by an open mixer or twin-screw extrusion. 
Structural features: There are two types of structure: overhead and seat, the rack rotates vertically, forced air cooling. The glue stick is driven by a stepping cylinder or a motor reducer. It is mainly composed of two parts: host computer and electric control system. The host is divided into joints, printing, slitting device, separating agent cooling, lifting device, hanging piece cooling, automatic pendulum device, weighing, railing, platform and support frame and other parts. The electric control system is composed of a main control box, and emergency control devices are installed at key places. 
Users can choose high and low configurations according to actual needs. The high-configuration film cooling line is equipped with a hydraulic automatic pendulum lamination device, the stacking glue is neat, and the stacking glue tidy rate is ≤100mm; the automatic input and output three-station device of the material tray; the automatic picking device; the automatic cutting device can realize unmanned operation ,high degree of automation.
