Features: The rotor shaft of this machine adopts Taiwan technology, the spiral angle and working length of the rotor ribs are designed reasonably, which can make the material obtain the kneading effect, and it is 1-2 minutes/time faster than the ordinary kneader. The edge peaks and end faces are hardfacing wear-resistant hard alloys; rotors, ram, mixing chambers, etc. are directly plated with hard chromium (0.1mm) after being polished, which is as bright as a mirror surface and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The rotor end face adopts contact external pressure type non-lubricating sealing structure, and the sealing ring is made of high-quality wear-resistant copper, which has a good sealing effect.
The junction of the upper mouth of the mixing chamber and the frame cantilever adopts a curved plate groove labyrinth pressure sealing structure, which has a good sealing and dustproof effect. The electronic control system uses world-brand electrical components, which effectively reduces the incidence of failure and has a perfect and reliable Control monitoring, alarm and other functions and necessary chain protection.
